I Was told that 3.0.2 was to fix the key commands stealing issue. Some of them still haven't been installed. What was 3.0.2 supposed to fix? There were so many updates by the time I got my Komplete 4 upgrade that I honestly completely lost track. Everything for my G5 is running on a separate internal drive while the MBP pulls stuff off of a firewire drive. Im posting to let ya know to take this update with caution, and if you are on Logic 7.2.x and are running 10.4.8 or.9 and the Battery 3.0.2 workes for you that thats great, then lets discuss workarounds or what you did to get it to work properlikeish.ĭoes the update only affect PPC users? I guess I am still running 3.0.1 here on both the Macbook Pro and my G5. so its still a pain.Īnyway, ended up having to uninstal, reinstall from DVD the update to just b4 this 3.0.2 version. You Can still load kits, but you can only scroll in the browser b4 it reset to the top level for about a second or so.
If you have your drum librarys on a firewire you can see hw this would suck. On all the PPC systems the Battery 3 update makes it impossible to use the browser to load samples from any firewire drives. most Do Not, waves SSL, Plus the usuall suspects of "Softies", plus spectrsonics on the Non Intell Machinse. Other that stealing your shortcut keys, it was running solid as a rock on all systems I regulary use (thats at least 5 different machine configs, Some have UAD. I was on the phone with NI tech support all dam day. Jus showin some "heads up!" typa love here.
